The Pie Factory is a joint venture between Peel Media, a subsidiary of Peel Holdings whose assets include The Trafford Centre and Liverpool John Lennon Airport, and Sumners, the North West’s largest post-production facility.
Formerly a Freshbake pie factory, The Pie Factory retains its former glory days with its unique and authentic interior while providing professional and high quality working environments for our clients.
We are the sole forerunner to the mediacity:uk site, which is currently in development by a partnership of Peel Holdings, the Northwest Regional Development Agency, Central Salford Urban Regeneration Company and Salford City Council.
Peel Media, a subsidiary of Peel Holdings and co-partner in The Pie Factory, are land owners of many locations in the North West. Locations include The Trafford Centre, Liverpool John Lennon Airport and Mersey Docks and Harbour Company.
If a production chooses not to utilize the Factory itself, clients are welcome to view sites for possible filming and potential occupation through the management at The Pie Factory.
